It was one of the happiest weeks for Miley Elizabeth Duvall - not only did she celebrate her birthday but she also finished her undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia.
Two days later, it was nothing but sadness for her friends and family. Duvall died Saturday afternoon after she lost control of her car on Interstate 85 in Douglas County. She had just turned 23 years old.

The Princeton Review, a group that compiles annual lists of superlatives in categories ranging from class discussions to reefer madness, ranked the Gators as the top party school. Georgia, which was ranked fifth last year, dropped to seventh in the latest rankings.
